Q: What are your physics/science interests?
I'm interested in atomic, optical, and laser physics, electronics, chemistry, and evolutionary biology.
I'm particularly interested in areas of physics that overlap heavily with chemistry.
Q: What are your other interests?
Rock climbing is the place I put the largest amount of energy outside of academic pursuits.
I'm also interested in hiking, cooking vegan food, playing games, craft beer, and organizing various outings.
Q: What would you like to do after college?
Probably something more engineering or industry related. I'm not entirely sure yet.
Q: Tell us one strange but interesting fact about yourself.
I love graveyards. Only the older ones.
Q: What first sparked your interest in Physics?
An introductory human biology class. This sparked an interest in chemistry, which lead to me ultimately pursuing physics.
Q: If you could have any pet what would it be?
An imaginary pet.
Q: If you had a free month and unlimited funds, how would you spend
your time?
Traveling through europe visiting historic sites, drinking fancy wine, and finding places to rock climb.
Q: If you could get a grant to study anything what would it be?
How different planetary conditions would shape the types of life forms that could evolve.
