Q: What are your physics/science interests?
Quantum of any kind is great. The math is fun and there are a lot of unanswered questions as well as applications in the field which makes it interesting.
Q: What are your other interests?
I like doing outdoors activities when I have the time. Going for hikes or for a swim in the ocean is always fun.
Q: What would you like to do after college?
Go to another college. I want a Phd in either experimental AMO or possibly some form of computational physics.
Q: Tell us one strange but interesting fact about yourself.
If handcuffed behind my back, I can bring my arms in front of me without moving my feet.
Q: What first sparked your interest in Physics?
I was always more interested in math than physics. But I chose physics because it's a broad and interesting field of applied mathematics.
Q: If you could have any pet what would it be?
Any pet? It would have to be a pet shark, named Bruce, preferably with laser beams attached to his head.
Q: If you had a free month and unlimited funds, how would you spend
your time?
I'd probably split the time between relaxing in a beach house and teaching kids to like math and physics.
Q: If you could get a grant to study anything what would it be?
Pretty much anything that does good in the world. Nuclear fusion for instance because it's a clean form of energy.
