Application instructions

Fill out the application form that you will find at http://archive.int.washington.edu/REU/form.html.
If desired, fill out and send the Optional Information Form at http://archive.int.washington.edu/REU/optional.html
Print out the Recommendation Letter Request at http://archive.int.washington.edu/REU/request.html. Have two instructors send us a letter of recommendation no later than March 1, 2006.
Ask your registrar to send us an official transcript. If you have attended more than one school, you will probably want to send all your transcripts.

All application materials are due by March 1, 2006. All applications received by that date will receive full consideration. However, we will begin making initial offers on a "rolling admissions" basis around the second week of February, 2006. All applicants are therefore strongly encouraged to complete their applications as quickly as possible.

Note: If for any reason your transcript might be delayed, please send a list of the courses you have taken in science and mathematics (including computer science), with your grades and the names of the instructors.

A complete application consists of:

The online application form
Two letters of recommendation
An official transcript from your registrar
