INT Summer School on Applications of String Theory

Seattle, July 18 - July 29, 2011

Logistics

Dates
The school will begin the morning of Monday, July 18, and end the afternoon of Friday, July 29. It is expected that participants will attend the full two-week period of the school.

Accommodations
We expect (pending approval of grant requests) to cover the local housing and meal costs of most participants, based on double-occupancy dormitory rooms on the University of Washington campus. Dormitory housing comes with a required meal card that can be used at any food service facility on the campus. We anticipate covering three meals per day, beginning with dinner on July 17 and ending with breakfast on July 30.

Alternatively, participants can choose a single-occupancy dormitory room or hotel accommodations, provided they bear the extra cost.

  • Single dormitory room (extra cost $420.64 for the 13 nights).
  • Hotel (extra cost variable, depending on hotel choice).
